Greenroom136 products are deliverable to most major cities in the world. Our delivery program is based on a tiered flat rate scale and carried out by our select 3rd party delivery service provider; DHL ECommerce, DHL Express, Aramex and Pos Malaysia.
As soon as your Greenroom136 order is packed and shipped out from our workshop, you'll be provided with a tracking number by email. Use that number to track your package as it travels the world to your longing embrace.
It is free delivery for orders of any amount within Malaysia and Singapore*. For more delivery options and accurate charges, please ensure actual delivery address is provided at shopping cart stage, before clicking the CHECK OUT button.
Delivery service update
29/8/2023 Unfortunately, the last delivery provider in Malaysia capable of delivering parcels to MPO address is no longer accepting parcels with PO address in general. We regret to inform that we will not able to deliver to any PO address moving forward. Please ensure shipping address to be either a residential or commercial address. Thank you for your kind understanding.
23/4/2023 We are no longer using Aramex for select standard shipping and small parcels. All such arrangements will be done via ADS International Express and DHL Express.
30/3/2022 Due to the pandemic, we are seeing frequent increase in shipping cost from all courier and freight companies as it has proven to be tougher and costlier for these companies to operate during frequent unforeseen circumstances such as city lockdowns, shortage of manpower, quarantines and other problems related to SOP regulations because of Covid. Therefore, we will no longer be publishing our delivery prices on this page. To know the delivery charges to your country, please select the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart and feed in your shipping address at the check out page to find delivery options and charges. We will still retain our FREE WORLDWIDE program, now starting from RM800 for standard delivery option (5 to 14 days shipping time) and RM1000 for express delivery option (3-5 days shipping time). Please note, delivery/shipping time does not include production time. Send us an email to enquire the needed production time for the items you wish to purchase.
9/2/2022 There's been a few very significant changes in our courier service provider situation. Ever since DHL Ecommerce ceased international shipping operations, we've been in search of a new International delivery service provider. Moving forward, all International Standard delivery arrangements will be handled by Aramex. DHL Express will continue as our preferred partner for International Express delivery and DHL Ecommerce will continue as our preferred partner for Malaysian delivery. Also, we're experiencing a price increase in shipping charges across all partners, after thorough evaluation we've decided not to change our shipping charges but to change our free worldwide delivery program to take effect only for orders above RM800.
10/11/2021 Due to certain international shipping regulations, we will not be able to make deliveries to Russia and Israel.
1/10/2021 Because of new import regulations throughout the European Union and United Kingdom, deliveries to related countries will be available through DHL Express only. This is to ensure shipments will arrive to its destination with the best handling service and convenience to all recipients pertaining to import duties and tax paperwork and processing. Please note that DHL Express will charge a nominal handling fee for custom clearance services.
